Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Discord bot Zenya and this dashboard (together "the service"), operated by Dominic Koppatz. By using the service – as a member of a server with Zenya or as a server admin – you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Zenya offers features such as moderation, an XP system, a virtual server currency, games, giveaways, profiles and notifications. The service is free of charge and provided without any guarantee of availability. Features may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time.

2. Requirements

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet the minimum age set there.

3. Acceptable use

In particular, you must not:

• abuse or overload the service or exploit bugs (e.g. to obtain currency or XP),
• spam, automate usage (selfbots, macros) or circumvent cooldowns,
• post illegal, abusive or discriminatory content in bios, messages, giveaways or other texts,
• attempt to access other servers' dashboards or data without authorization.

Please report security issues confidentially to account@dominic-ktz.de.

4. Virtual currency and items

Coins, XP, levels and shop items are purely virtual, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. There is no entitlement to keep them. Server admins and the operator may adjust or reset balances and XP at any time.

5. Responsibility of server admins

Server admins decide how Zenya is used on their server (e.g. moderation, roles handed out, giveaways and their prizes). They are responsible for content and decisions on their server, in particular for running giveaways.

6. Suspension

If these terms are violated, the operator may exclude users or servers from the service and reset related data.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for data loss, outages or actions of server admins and other users.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new version.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms: account@dominic-ktz.de. The law of the operator's place of business applies; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
