Yes. All features can be used for free. Only the optional ticket AI needs a DeepSeek API key from the bot operator.
English, German and Japanese – the bot language is set per server, the website follows your browser.
Open the dashboard, go to "Tickets", choose support roles and a transcript channel and post the panel. Optionally enable the AI and give it your rules and FAQ.
All actions are off by default. If you enable them, the AI can only act on original messages verified by Zenya, never against team members, and you choose whether each action needs approval.
Only what the features need – e.g. XP, balances, warnings and ticket transcripts. Message content is only read in ticket channels. Details are in the privacy policy.
The invite link requests exactly the permissions the features use, e.g. managing roles for self-roles, channels for tickets and moderation rights for kick, ban and timeout.
